Gr86 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms governing your use of the gr86 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing gr86, you agree to be bound by all terms contained herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and gr86 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of gr86 after any amendments means you accept those changes.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gr86 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided — you hereby confirm that you:
- At least 18 years old or of legal age under the laws applicable in your state or territory;
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document;
- Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or valid contractual term from using online betting services.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gr86 platform. Continued use after the terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The gr86 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To fully use gr86 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Gr86 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with user policies. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time may result in temporary account suspension.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your gr86 account password and login details confidential. You must:
- Using a strong and unique password not used on any other account;
- Not sharing login information with any third party;
- Notify gr86 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Gr86 is not responsible for any losses resulting from users failing to secure their account information.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a gr86 user, you agree to comply with all rules and not engage in the following strictly prohibited activities on the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate games or the platform system;
- Collaborating with other users to cheat the betting system or casino (collusion);
- Depositing funds obtained illegally or using the platform for money laundering purposes;
- Creating or using false information during registration or identity verification;
- Misusing bonuses, promotions, or offers in ways that violate their terms;
- Accessing the platform from regions where online gambling is prohibited;
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the technical operations of the gr86 platform;
- Acting in ways that harm other users or damage the platform’s reputation.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension, balance freeze, or appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on gr86 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include FPX (online bank transfer) and TNG eWallet. gr86 reserves the right to add or remove available payment methods at any time.
For withdrawals, gr86 may require identity verification (KYC) before approving the first withdrawal request or withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods or bank accounts registered in the name of the gr86 account holder.
User Responsibility in Transactions
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. gr86 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information;
- Any attempt to make an unauthorised chargeback may result in account closure and legal action;
- Gr86 complies with anti-money laundering standards and reserves the right to request supporting documentation for unusual transactions.

Processing Time
Deposits are usually credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed according to standard timeframes, which you can check in your account section.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Gr86 Liability Limits
The gr86 platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. gr86 is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or causes beyond our control;
- Indirect, unforeseen, or consequential losses incurred by users while using the platform;
- Losses due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence;
- Game results or bet outcomes that the user finds unsatisfactory, as long as the system is operating within established standards.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gr86 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Evidence or indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
- Breach of terms and conditions of use, particularly relating to multiple accounts or bonus abuse;
- Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe;
- Instructions from relevant authorities regarding the account.
If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the user after review.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on gr86 — including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and source code — is exclusive intellectual property of gr86 or its licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written permission from gr86.
Third-Party Links
The gr86 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. gr86 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Using third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to those third-party terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Gr86 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Change notices will be displayed on the platform or sent via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to gr86’s operations. Any disputes will be resolved according to procedures set by gr86, and users agree to exhaust all dispute resolution channels before pursuing formal legal action.
